We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Shop Workers / General Laborers to join our growing team! Prior woodworking experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and reliable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a rewarding, hands-on environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Produce quality custom closets, garages, and home organizing systems.
- Follow established quality and safety standards.
- Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
- Read and follow technical drawings and cut lists for daily jobs.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products.
- Assist in cabinet, drawer, and product assembly.
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in woodworking, cabinet making, or related manufacturing fields (32mm systems) a plus.
- Familiarity with woodworking equipment and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- CNC operating experience a plus (Note: this is an operator position, not a programming role).
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and service-focused attitude.
- Quality conscious, honest, and dependable.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
